About this apartment rental
The apartment has just been renovated with great attention to detail and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air conditioning, heating, a Nespresso coffee machine with pods, and snacks and water as a welcome gift.
The apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator), and early check-in is available—you can drop off your luggage starting at 11:00 a.m.
The apartment is located directly across from the entrance to Termini Station, in a historic neighborhood of Rome and a key hub in the city center, easily accessible from the airport via a single train ride.
Given its central location, you’ll be able to explore Rome easily on foot or by metro, which connects you to all the major attractions in just 1 or 2 stops.
Near the apartment, you’ll find many restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and the traditional Roman market in the Rione Esquilino neighborhood.
There is a police station right in front of the building’s entrance, and the building is under video surveillance.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM - Check-out time is by 10:30 a.m.
Early check-in is always possible by dropping off your luggage between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and picking up the apartment keys in advance.
Upon request: a shuttle service between the apartment and the airport (and vice versa) is available.
Upon request: a crib is available for €20 for the entire stay.
Before checking in online, you must present a valid ID for each guest.
