The medium-sized vacation rental on the second floor can accommodate up to 4 people and features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a kitchenette, dining area, and sleeper sofa. The living room has a wood-burning stove.



The Landstreicher Inn, centrally yet quietly located by a babbling brook, offers 5 separate vacation apartments of various sizes with a total of 16 beds, as well as a common room. The Malerweg trail runs right past the house; the train station, the Elbe River, the ferry, and the steamboat landing are all within a short walking distance.
The house is particularly well-suited for groups. In the common room, you can enjoy meals together and sit by the wood-burning stove in the evenings. Families may want to rent two apartments on the same floor.
On the first and second floors, there is one small and one medium-sized apartment each, accommodating 2 and 4 people, respectively; the large apartment in the attic accommodates up to 6 people. On the first floor is the common room, next to which there is a dishwasher available for everyone’s use and a storage room for bicycles, strollers, or similar items.
The most beautiful destinations in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are easily accessible from Königstein. You can start many hikes right from the house, for example, to Königstein Fortress, Lilienstein, and Pfaffenstein. Other destinations are easily accessible by S-Bahn, such as the Hintere Sächsische Schweiz, the Felsenbühne, and the Bastei in Rathen, as well as the city of Dresden. The 118 km of the Malerweg trail takes hikers to the most beautiful spots in Saxon Switzerland. You can also complete its stages from a single base. They are easily accessible by public transportation.
There is a children’s playground a few hundred meters away in the town center next to the church; another one is located on the Elbe River near the steamboat dock. A travel crib and two high chairs are available upon request.



On-site fees: We require a deposit of 20 percent of the rental price, which must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking. If you are unable or choose not to arrive, we will credit the amount toward a future booking. The remaining balance must also be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. The tourist tax for the town of Königstein is 3.00 euros per night for adults and 2.50 euros per night for those eligible for a discount. With the guest cards, you can use public transportation in the four fare zones of Saxon Switzerland free of charge. Please note that there is no TV, but there is Wi-Fi. If you bring a laptop, you can watch TV that way. (You’re guaranteed to relax even more this way!)



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
