Welcome to your spacious vacation rental in Grömitz! With approximately 75 m² of living space spread across the first floor and the attic, this vacation home accommodates up to 6 people—four adults and two children—making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to enjoy the Baltic Sea air together.
The apartment features a bright and open kitchen-dining area that’s perfect for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has everything you could need. You’ll find a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker. A lovely dining area for 6 people and a couch invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi, a stereo system, and a TV are available. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy sunny afternoons or evenings with a glass of wine and a barbecue while relaxing in a beach chair.
Two bedrooms ensure restful nights:
In the attic, a charming room awaits you with a large double bed, a sleeper sofa, and a view of the sea over Lübeck Bay—a quiet retreat under the pointed roof. Another bedroom on the first floor features a modern double bed and a single bed.
For families with small children, a crib and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request before arrival.
The daylight-filled bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A washing machine is also available.
There is a lockable bike storage room for your bicycles.
Dogs are welcome in this apartment upon request and for a fee (€10/night).

Towels and bed linens are not included but can be booked in advance prior to arrival. A linens package (15€/person) includes:
- Made-up bedding (1 pillowcase, 1 blanket, 1x sheet)
- Towels (1x shower towel, 2x hand towels)
We provide dish towels and dishcloths free of charge.
Security deposit:
We charge a security deposit of 100€ for the vacation rental. This is due prior to arrival and will be refunded to you no later than 7 days after departure, provided no damage or excessive soiling is found.
Optional services available for booking:
- Bed linens: 12.35 EUR per person per stay
- Towels: 6.18 EUR per person per stay
- Dog: 12.35 EUR per night
