This beautiful, approximately 100 m² vacation home (semi-detached house) is situated in a very quiet location above the marina and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation with family, friends, or as a couple.
The light-filled rooms and the landscaped garden with a terrace create a pleasant living atmosphere and invite you to linger.
The spacious living room comfortably seats up to six people. A small fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. The large, new kitchen is fully equipped and features a small dining table with two chairs.
On the first floor is a guest bathroom with a shower and a window that lets in natural light. The main bathroom on the upper floor offers additional comfort with a shower, bathtub, sink, and cabinet. The master bedroom is equipped with a large closet with sliding doors and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding fields.
The second bedroom (for up to two people) has a small closet and a small bed.
The third bedroom, also for up to two people, has a small closet.
The fenced-in, southwest-facing garden borders directly on a field—ideal for daydreaming, playing, or for your four-legged companion.
The patio features a dining table that seats up to six people and two lounge chairs.
