Fantini Rooms is a fantastic place to stay in Rome! The room was charming and clean, the space was air conditioned, and the wifi was strong. Francesco was AMAZING and was so helpful throughout the stay! The building is also a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and about a 20 minute walk from the Pantheon/Trevi Fountain. I would recommend Fantini Rooms in a heartbeat.

We took a risk booking bc there were no reviews around that time, but genuinely this was the BEST EXPERIENCE. This was the perfect stay for our first time to Italy/ and Europe in general. So easy to check in and the communication with the host was fast and efficient. In an old Rome building, but the rooms are updated and clean. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want to feel safe, clean, and walking distance to everything, this is the place!

Perfect location! We were able to stop back to relax or cool off multiple times during the day white exploring Ancient Rome! Francesco was very responsive with any questions we had and made some great food recommendations. We specifically enjoyed La Taverna dei Monti that he suggested. We would most definitely stay there again!

The room was clean and very easy to access. The location two things were extremely close. The Colosseum was a seven minute walk and right around the corner were very good restaurants and bars. For being very centrally located, it was extremely quiet inside of the rooms. I would highly recommend staying here. It was definitely worth being able to access whatever we wanted within a 35 to 40 minute walk.
