In the heart of the peaceful Courtoisville neighborhood, close to all amenities—market, pharmacy, a bakery, a laundromat, restaurants, and more.

Bright apartment located on the 2nd floor of a residence near the Thermes Marins.
The bedroom has a double bed. Plus, there’s a sofa bed in the living room that can serve as an extra bed for a child.
The kitchen is fully equipped!
Refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop if you’d like to prepare a good meal

Ideally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of shops. It’s home to stores, restaurants, and cafés. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for strolling.
Bus stops nearby. Bus line 9 (available during the summer season) takes you around the beaches. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The sofa bed can accommodate a third person. Please let us know in advance, and there will be an additional fee of 20 euros for providing sheets, a pillow, and a towel for the third person.
I offer various rental options:
-Crib with sheet: 20 euros
-Stroller: 20 euros
-2 beach chairs: 20 euros
-Complete beach toy set: 8 euros
