About this apartment rental
Unbeatable location—steps from the best of Breckenridge.
• Walk to the Snowflake lift, then ski down the 4 O’Clock Run and walk across the street to the condo—no transportation needed
• Walk to town (Main Street) for dining, bars, shops, & cafes
• Enjoy a hot tub steps from our door, plus the Upper Village Pool & hot tubs just a short walk away
Our south-facing, first floor corner unit is filled with natural sunlight and features a 2-bedroom, 1-bath open layout. It's a great home base for exploring Breckenridge year-round.
In winter, walk two blocks (0.2 miles) from our condo to the Snowflake Ski Lift—a hidden gem without a day-use parking lot, giving it a neighborly, low-crowd vibe while still keeping you connected to the entire resort. Right next to the lift is Charter Sports, where you can rent gear and store it for free overnight. At the end of the day, ski down the Four O’Clock run and simply walk across the street back to the condo—no transportation required.
To reach other ski lifts or town, the Breck Free Ride buses stop right outside our condo building and provides free access to the Snowflake lift, gondola, Peaks 7, 8, & 9 base areas, and Main Street.
THE RESORT
>Hot tub & pool
Relax in the outdoor hot tub that's just a few steps from our condo front door in the common area courtyard. The hot tub is open year-round.
For more water fun, the Upper Village Pool is a short walk (~3-4 min.) away and has:
- a heated indoor/outdoor pool
- one indoor hot tub
- two outdoor hot tubs
- full changing rooms with showers and restrooms.
It's open November 20, 2026 through mid-April, then opens again for summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
THE SPACE
>Bedrooms
The primary bedroom has a king bed, Roku TV, and a dedicated workspace (desk + chair). The second bedroom features a double bed. Both rooms have individually-controlled heat, ample closet space, a room darkening shade, and white noise machines for a restful night.
>Bathroom
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and essentials including towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and paper products.
>Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals at home including a selection of spices, oils, and other cooking essentials.
>Living room
You’ll find a gas fireplace, 55” smart TV with Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video (plus other streaming apps you can access with your own login credentials), a queen-sized pull-out couch, and a Bose SoundLink Home bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes.
>For the little ones
We’ve got your tiny travelers covered with a Graco Pack ’n Play (please bring your own crib sheets), high chair, stool for reaching the bathroom sink, and some toys and books for infants and toddlers. The kitchen is stocked with kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils, and there are plug covers, table corner covers, and optional cabinet locks (not permanently installed) available for extra peace of mind.
>Remote workspace
The primary bedroom has a desk, chair, and fast 750+ Mbps Wi-Fi.
>Other amenities
Settle in with a variety of games to choose from, relax on your private balcony, and take advantage of the laundry washer and dryer in our condo— detergent included.
>Parking
One parking spot is available in the underground garage or directly outside the condo. The garage has a 6' 8" height limit. There’s an elevator and stair access and a shared bell cart for bringing up luggage. There are paid offsite parking options for additional cars.

We want every guest to have a seamless, 10-star stay, so please review the details below before booking.
>Check-in/check-out times
Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. We are often unable to accommodate different times, especially during our busy seasons. We also are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
>Lift and ski run status
Lift and trail openings and closures depend on mountain conditions and can change at any time. Snowflake Lift typically opens in November, but please check the My Epic app or Breckenridge {dot} com before your stay for the latest updates. If the Snowflake lift isn’t open, you can take the (free) bus, with stops right outside our condo complex, to the gondola and Peak 7, 8 and 9 base areas.
Additionally, the Lower 4 O’Clock run that provides ski-in access may open later than the Snowflake lift or close earlier in the season, sometimes without notice. If it’s closed during your stay, you can ski to another base area and take the bus back to the condo.
>Weather
We are unable to issue refunds after the cancellation policy window has passed so you might want to consider travel insurance in case you’re unable to reach the condo due to unforeseen or inclement weather.
>A/C
We don’t have air conditioning, but most mountain properties up here don’t have it due to the alpine climate and mild summers. We provide three box fans.
>House rules
• Guests must be 21+ unless traveling with a parent
• No smoking or vaping in or around the condo including the balcony
• No pets (HOA rule)
• No parties or events; town of Breckenridge quiet hours are 11pm–7am

Super convenient, clean condo right up the street from downtown. Easy to walk to dining, shopping and trail access.

The condo was beautiful and so well stocked. I can't think of anything else we would have needed. Maybe a fan but that's just me wanting air movement while I'm sleeping. The King size bed was so comfortable! Easy access to the garage and the hot tub was a short walk out our door. Close to town. Easy walk if you're not a low lander like us. We chose to drive. Would definitely stay here again!
