About this house rental
The "La Chioccia" vacation home offers a high standard of amenities. There is plenty of space, making even longer stays and/or family vacations pleasantly relaxed. The basic furnishings are designed for four people; the living room also features a sleeper sofa, and an additional children’s rollaway bed can be requested. Furniture for toddlers is also available upon request. Children up to 2 years old stay free in their parents’ bed.
Pets are allowed with prior notice; the spacious grounds, featuring an open garden area, a swimming pool, and three wooden decks, offer a favorite spot for everyone!
The fantastic panoramic view over the vineyards and hills with wonderful sunrises, the tranquility, the starry nights, and the lively little town of Serra de’ Conti right next door offer relaxation and “dolce vita.” Great cultural destinations like Assisi, Loreto, and Urbino are easily accessible;
the sandy beach in Senigallia and rocky coves at Monte Conero await sea lovers, while mountain hikes in the Sibillini Mountains, fascinating caves in Frasassi or at Monte Cucco, and vast forests with ancient beech trees all beckon for active excursions.
The region’s proximity to the Adriatic Sea is reflected in its rich seafood cuisine, while the hills and mountains are home to picturesque borghi that delight visitors with the aromatic cuisine of farmers and shepherds.
