About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-unit vacation apartment building on the first row directly along the beach promenade, just 30 meters from the beach entrance with direct access to the beach. The apartment includes a furnished rooftop terrace measuring approximately 50 square meters, which you can reach via the shared stairwell and is shared with two other vacation apartments. From here, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Kühlungsborn.
From the small balcony outside the bedroom, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a great view of the 133-hectare city forest, including the city lake, which lies right outside the window.
In the living room, a new double sleeper sofa provides two additional sleeping spots.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove with ceramic cooktop and range hood, and various pots and pans. A complete 6-piece tableware set, consisting of plates, cutlery, and beer, champagne, liqueur, and juice glasses, is provided.
The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a large sink.
From May through September, you may use the apartment owner’s beach chair free of charge. The beach chair is not included in the rental agreement.
Additionally, a vacuum cleaner, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, a clothes rack, and a flat-screen TV are available.
Wi-Fi is also available.
On the property, you’ll find a private parking space for your car (space no. 23). The property is fenced and secured with a gate.
Please note that during peak season, you must book the entire period or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over New Year’s is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
