You can look forward to a bright, sun-drenched attic apartment—thanks to the many windows and the 14-square-meter balcony (south-facing)—painted in cognac with tiled floors.
In the living room, you can wind down in the evening on a comfortable pull-out couch.
A dining table connects the living room to an open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen.
In the bedroom, you can dream about the day’s adventures while sleeping in a double bed.
In the hallway, a city map provides information about the surrounding area.
Color TV in both rooms.
Pets are allowed. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
Parking space no. 32 is available for you in the underground garage. The parking spaces are double-parking spaces. Please ensure that your car is no longer than 5.00
m, no wider than 1.90 m, and no taller than 1.50 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The maximum allowable weight
is 2,000 kg. Roof boxes, bike racks, car antennas, etc., must be removed before entering the garage.
Depending on availability, an outdoor parking space may be arranged in exceptional cases as an alternative to the underground parking space.
If these are already occupied, the only option would be a paid parking space in a municipal parking lot.
If the vehicle meets the dimensions of the original parking space in the underground garage upon arrival,
we will withdraw our offer of the outdoor parking space.
Please note that during the high season, it is necessary to book continuously or to leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
