About this apartment rental
The apartment is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. (In exceptional cases, up to 5 people.) This spacious apartment features a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a double bed, a small guest room with a 140-cm bed, and a comfortable 140-cm sleeper sofa in the living room. A country-style kitchen with a 4-burner stove and oven, as well as a dishwasher and beautiful white country-style furniture, invites you to spend cozy hours there. The living room features a couch, armchairs, and a rattan recliner. It’s fully equipped with a Smart TV (100 cm LCD), a DVD player, and a stereo system—everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The apartment is located on the mezzanine level. The windows are secured with lockable handles. Shower, bathroom, and an additional guest bathroom!
Parking space No. 31 is available for you in the underground garage. The parking spaces are double-wide. Please make sure your car is no longer than 5.00 m, no wider than 1.90 m, and no taller than 1.50 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The maximum allowable weight is 2,000 kg. Roof racks, bike racks, car antennas, etc., must be removed before entering the garage.
Depending on availability, an outdoor parking space may be arranged in exceptional cases as an alternative to the underground parking space.
If these are already occupied, the only option would be a paid parking space in a municipal parking lot.
If, upon arrival, the vehicle meets the dimensions of the original parking space in the underground garage,
we will withdraw our offer of the outdoor parking space.
For bookings of fewer than 5 nights, a surcharge of 50 euros will be applied to this apartment. From May 1 through September 30 of each year, only weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday are available!
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 7 nights.
In this apartment, a surcharge applies year-round for children aged 1 and older.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.

- Bed linens and towels as a set per person: 30.88 EUR per stay
- Towel set per person: 12.35 EUR per stay
- High chair: 18.53 EUR per stay
