BEACHFRONT APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH ITS OWN SAUNA AREA
The Miramare apartment complex was lovingly built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style and is situated in a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, just a few steps from the promenadeand the fine sandy beach. The bright 2- and 3-room vacation apartments are tastefully furnished, feature Wi-Fi, and have at least one balcony. Guests at this vacation complex have free access to a sauna area with three different types of saunas. Each vacation apartment has an assigned underground parking space. From the underground parking garage, you can easily take the elevator with your luggage to the floor of your vacation apartment. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions in the underground parking garage (max. 2.00 m)!

BRIGHT AND AIRY 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY AND SIDE SEA VIEW
Welcome to Vacation Apartment No. 30 in the Miramare building! This bright and welcoming 3-room vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. With 59 square meters of living space, up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. You’ll find a bright, open-concept living and dining area with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and an east-facing balcony.
The lovingly furnished living area features a comfortable leather sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. From here, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony. Here, you can start your day by the sea with breakfast in the morning sun or simply relax and soak up the sun.
The open kitchenette, designed in a modern country style, is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with a range hood, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.
In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 100 cm x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The large, spacious wardrobe offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), a small closet, and a sitting area. Curtains and blackout curtains are installed on the windows in the bedrooms for privacy and to block out light.
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, a double sink, and a hair dryer. A towel warmer ensures cozy, warm towels. The separate toilet completes the overall layout of this vacation rental.

Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not permitted.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. An initial set of linens is provided for each person. As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions. There is a sauna in the building that you may use free of charge.
PARKING
Guests of this vacation rental have access to a free underground parking space (underground parking space No. 10 WE30). Please note the maximum permitted entry height of 2.00 m. The building has an elevator accessible from the first floor. There is no direct access to the elevator from the underground parking garage.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
