About this apartment rental
The apartment is approximately 56 m² and has a large terrace. This 3-room apartment is for non-smokers only and is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people.
The living area is furnished with a corner sofa bed and a modern built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a 4-burner stove with oven.
Upstairs, there is an open loft with a double bed (1.60 m wide) and a separate bedroom with a double sofa bed (1.40 m wide). The bedrooms have vinyl flooring; the lower level has tile flooring.
The shower room/toilet completes the vacation rental. The terrace faces south, and the apartment can also be accessed from there. Small dogs are permitted upon request.
Parking space 17 is available to you in the underground parking garage. The parking spaces are double-parking spaces. Please ensure that your car is no longer than 5.00 m, no wider than 1.90 m, and no taller than 1.50 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. Roof racks, bike racks, car antennas, etc., must be removed before entering the garage. The maximum allowable weight is 2,000 kg.
Depending on availability, an outdoor parking space may be arranged in exceptional cases as an alternative to the underground parking space.
If these are already occupied, the only option would be to pay for parking in a municipal parking lot.
If the vehicle meets the dimensions of the original parking space in the underground garage upon arrival,
we will revoke the confirmation of the outdoor parking space.
Please note that during peak season, it is necessary to book a continuous stay or to leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
