About this apartment rental
Bed linens, towels, etc., are not included in the trip price. Additional services available for booking: bed linens, towels, high chairs. Pets: If allowed (see description), registration and payment of a flat fee are required. Visitor’s tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the peak season. Payment terms: A deposit of 25 percent is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Payment options: Bank transfer; no credit cards or cash accepted; EC card accepted on-site only by prior arrangement. The apartment is located in Building G of the vacation park, on the 13th floor, with an east-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea with the Fehmarn Sound Bridge, as well as the inland lake with the town and marina.
The 45 m² apartment features a living-dining room with a sitting area, a master bedroom with twin beds, a separate children’s room with a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, 4-burner stove), a bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as a TV and radio. No smoking, no pets, no Wi-Fi, elevator, bike storage, approx. 300 m to the beach, free parking behind the vacation park. Ideal for relaxing days and recreational activities at the vacation park.
