Our renovated 61-square-meter apartment, “Living Lorens No. 10,” is located near the beach and downtown Westerland and can accommodate up to 4 people and your four-legged friend. Dogs are welcome. A small dog starter kit, including a dog bed and more, can be booked upon request.

The apartment features high ceilings, light-filled rooms, and modern furnishings. Upon entering, you’ll find the open-concept living and dining area, complete with a sleeper sofa. In the bedroom, an exclusive COCO-MAT box spring bed awaits you for the ultimate in sleeping comfort. The kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau and Miele appliances—making cooking on vacation twice as enjoyable. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a starter kit for the bathroom and kitchen.
On the upper floor, there’s an additional living and workspace with a bathroom and toilet.
The entire apartment features underfloor heating—ideal even for cooler days. During the warmer months, you can enjoy your private garden area with beach chairs (May through October).

As a guest, you have free access to the common area with a sauna, lounge chairs, and a fitness room (Peloton® bike, cross trainer, mirrored wall). A laundry room, bike storage, and free parking spaces are also available. Two electric car charging stations can be used for a fee, subject to availability.
