This 60-square-meter, newly renovated duplex apartment is located on the top floor of the historic brick building Living Lorens No. 19 and combines a beachfront location with urban flair.
Spanning two floors, this three-room apartment accommodates up to four people and welcomes you with high, light-filled rooms where the charm of an old building harmoniously blends with modern design. Here, you’ll feel like you’re on vacation the moment you arrive.
The lower living area features a cozy living room with a full-size sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a high-end kitchen. Equipped with Miele appliances, it invites you to start the day with a relaxing breakfast or cook together in the evening. The modern bathroom, decorated in soft shades of sea and sand and featuring a spacious rain shower, will quickly become your own little wellness oasis.
The bedroom, with its large box-spring bed, ensures peaceful nights after long walks on the beach. On the upper floor, you’ll find an additional living and workspace with a desk, another sleeper sofa, and a second bathroom with a toilet. Ideal for families or guests who want some privacy now and then.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth all year round.
Outside in the garden, your own beach chair is available from May through October. Here you can enjoy the crisp Sylt air, read a book, or wind down the day with a glass of wine.
As a guest of Living Lorens, you also have free access to the shared sauna area with loungers and the small fitness room equipped with a cross-trainer, Peloton bike, and mirror.
Dogs are welcome here. Free parking and EV charging stations are available subject to availability.
