This exclusive 3-room vacation apartment, approximately 67 m², located on the first floor, invites you to settle in and unwind from the very first moment of your well-deserved vacation.
In this high-quality vacation apartment, furnished with great care, you’ll feel right at home from the very start.
Location
The 3-room “Backbord” apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The fine-sand, white beach is just 50 meters away. Starting in 2026, a beach chair will be available here. It’s close to the vibrant Dünenmeile. Within a 1-minute walk, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation: bakeries, restaurants, cafés, bars, and upscale retail shops.
Amenities
This comfortable apartment features modern, high-quality interior design. The attractive kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. In addition to a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine is also available. In the living room, you’ll find a 55" smart TV and a soundbar. An inviting living-dining area awaits you. From the comfortable sofa, you’ll enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The cozy dining area is also perfect for game nights with friends. A collection of games is available.
The first bedroom is furnished with a 5-star box-spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a 43-inch smart TV, a wardrobe, and nightstands. The second bedroom features a 5-star box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and nightstands. All rooms can be darkened with exterior roller shutters. The shower room is equipped with a towel warmer and a walk-in shower. A makeup mirror and a hair dryer are, of course, provided here. The entryway features a coat rack with a bench. You are welcome to store your suitcases in the storage room.
A table and chairs are set up for you on the east-facing balcony, which offers a partial view of the Baltic Sea.

During the season (May 15 – September 15), a free beach chair is available for you on the beach.
