The high-quality Meerglück vacation rental is located in a prime spot in Scharbeutz—absolutely quiet and just a few steps from the Baltic Sea and the kilometer-long sandy beach. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery just around the corner, and the lively Scharbeutz Dune Mile—with its numerous restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and lovely shops—is just a 3-minute walk away. A wonderful retreat for a relaxing vacation awaits you.
Freshly and extensively renovated in 2025, this light-filled oasis of well-being with a side view of the sea awaits you on the first floor of a very well-maintained residential complex. The apartment’s high-quality furnishings and amenities ensure a high standard of living, allowing you to spend your well-deserved Baltic Sea vacation in a beautiful setting. The bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a lovely dining area with plenty of space for shared meals and cozy get-togethers. The new built-in kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, a combination oven and microwave, an induction cooktop, a freezer, and much more. The balcony, which is partially covered, extends across the entire width of the apartment and offers both a lovely view of the greenery and a magnificent side view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the late afternoon and wind down the evening with a glass of wine. There are 2 separate bedrooms, both furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 and 160x200) and a TV. The large bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200), a TV, blackout pleated blinds, and a closet with ample storage space. The small, interior bedroom is also furnished with a box-spring bed (160x200),[nbsp] a TV, and a small closet. It has a tilt-open window facing the living area, which is fitted with a blackout roller blind. The modern, like-new shower room is sufficiently spacious, and a towel warmer and hair dryer are provided. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
A dedicated parking space is located right next to the house. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the bike room. There are also additional outdoor storage options for bicycles on the property. The building has an elevator.
