Or take a stroll through the cozy fishing harbor, just a stone’s throw away, and enjoy a coffee or a delicious fish sandwich. Niendorf is the quieter, more tranquil part of Timmendorfer Strand, featuring the public beach, the harbor, and the beachside movie theater in the summer. In the immediate vicinity, seafood restaurants, an Italian restaurant, and a Greek restaurant offer a wide variety of dining options near the harbor. So your comfort and well-being are well taken care of!

Our color scheme features “sand” and “white” combined with dark wood accents, all in the Riviera Maison style. The Grohe bathrooms turn the shower into a paradise with a wide selection of fixtures and settings. The high-quality kitchens are fully equipped and inspire you to cook together. Let yourself be surprised by the interesting wood elements and the many small, cozy details! Harbour Beach 53 is solidly built with organic and eco-friendly features such as geothermal heating, solar panels, and an electric vehicle charging station. A 70-square-meter practice room equipped with state-of-the-art laser projector technology is available for yoga groups and events.
The Harbour Beach 4 vacation rental is located on the first floor and features two spacious balconies with beautiful views—and, depending on the season, even a small view of the sea. The exclusive furnishings and high-quality amenities ensure a high standard of living in a wonderful atmosphere for three people. The living area features a cozy sofa, an adjoining dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have box-spring beds (180x200 and 120x200), blackout curtains, and a TV. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a window[nbsp][nbsp], is generously sized. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge, and the apartment comes with an assigned parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement. Please understand that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either indoors or outdoors.
