About this house rental
The exclusive vacation home Hygge Hus 1 offers a dreamy retreat combined with the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. Built in 2024, this semi-detached home is in an excellent location—quiet yet close to the center. The kilometer-long sandy beach and Timmendorfer Strand’s promenade, with its many exclusive shops, events, and venues, are conveniently within a few minutes’ walk. A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided free of charge for our guests to use on the beach.
A beautiful Scandinavian-style vacation home awaits you. Sunny rooms and the exceptionally high-quality furnishings guarantee a high standard of living in a lovely atmosphere. With 4 bedrooms, an exclusive bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, radio, and sauna, as well as an additional guest restroom, the Hygge Hus offers over 100 square meters of living space—plenty of room for 5 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation near the beach. On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living and dining area that’s generously sized and furnished to a high standard. The fully equipped built-in kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The adjoining southwest-facing terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and a beach chair. The entryway features a coat closet and a modern guest restroom with a window. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200 and 120x200), a TV, and a wardrobe. The high-quality spa-style bathroom, featuring a spacious walk-in shower and an integrated sauna, is also located on the upper floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located in the attic and are each furnished with box-spring beds (120x200) and a dresser. All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds, except for one bedroom in the attic, which is equipped with blackout pleated blinds. The washer and dryer are housed in a separate utility room next to the terrace.
There is one outdoor parking space on the property.
