This exclusive ground-floor apartment, featuring a magnificent partial ocean view from the sun terrace, is situated in an outstanding, prime beachfront location right on the water’s edge. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the Baltic Sea are right at your feet. This newly built apartment is in an absolutely quiet location, yet only 200 meters from Scharbeutz’s lively Dünenmeile, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and lovely shops. Right across the street on the beach, a beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided for our guests.[nbsp][nbsp]
