3-room vacation apartment, approx. 94 m², rooftop terrace with partial ocean view, bathroom with shower, guest restroom, private washing machine and condenser dryer, one underground parking space (clearance height 1.95) and elevator, sleeps up to 4 people.

This vacation apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on Ostseestraße and is easily accessible by elevator. Enjoy your vacation above the rooftops of Scharbeutz. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the beautiful beach, the spa gardens, or the Dünenmeile with its lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops.
Amenities
The living area features a spacious seating area. In addition to a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a CD player, free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The 49 m² rooftop terrace offers a partial view of the Baltic Sea or a view of the beautiful Scharbeutz spa park. It is furnished with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a parasol. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The large dining table invites you to enjoy convivial moments. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms open onto the rooftop terrace. Electric roller shades are installed for privacy. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a large mirrored cabinet. In addition to the floor heating, there is an extra towel radiator.

The washing machine and condenser dryer offer you added convenience. The underground parking space (clearance height 1.95 m) ensures safe parking for your car, and the elevator provides easy access to your vacation apartment. During beach chair season (May 15–September 15), a free beach chair is available for the duration of your stay. A travel crib and a high chair are available for our younger guests upon request. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable basement room belonging to the apartment.
