Bright and welcoming 3-room vacation apartment, approx. 70 m², for up to 4 people, with a 100% ocean view, two balconies, a bathroom with a tub, a washing machine, an elevator, and an underground parking space; entrance height 1.90 m.

This vacation apartment, with a 100% view of the Baltic Sea, is located on the 1st floor in one of the most beautiful areas of Scharbeutz. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The Scharbeutz Dune Mile, with its numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, and bakery, is right nearby.

In addition to the stunning view of Lübeck Bay, this bright 3-room vacation apartment also offers a view of the greenery, with afternoon sun. The living and dining area is tastefully and warmly furnished and features a comfortable sofa—which can be converted into a sleeper sofa in just a few simple steps—and two armchairs. Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV are provided. From the living room, you step out onto the first balcony (facing south/east), where you’ll be greeted by a fantastic view of the sea, which you can enjoy from the beach chair located there. The open kitchen is integrated into the living-dining area. The first bedroom has access to the second balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a sideboard/TV stand. On the second balcony, facing southwest, you can enjoy the view of the greenery and the midday and afternoon sun. The second bedroom features a very comfortable fold-out bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Here, you have the option of using the room during the day, for example, as a playroom for your children or as a reading room. Of course, a TV is also available here. The bathroom, decorated in a light color scheme, is equipped with a bathtub and shower.

This non-smoking vacation apartment offers a breathtaking view of Lübeck Bay and the Baltic Sea. During beach chair season (May 15–September 15), a free beach chair is available for you on the beach. Wi-Fi, as well as a travel crib and a high chair, are also available free of charge. The underground parking garage provides secure parking for your car. A washing machine and dryer for general use are located in the basement (for a fee).
You can charge your electric car at your own underground parking space for a fee (11 kW charging capacity, Type 2 outlet).
