The gorgeous Strandlust vacation rental is located on the first floor of the newly built View 91 in a prime beachfront location and offers an exclusive retreat combined with the unique atmosphere and lifestyle of Scharbeutz. Great dining by the sea, beach bars, shopping, and numerous events await you on the lively Dünenmeile, which is easily accessible in just a few minutes by bike or on foot.
The apartment offers contemporary luxury across 85 square meters of living space for 4 people, featuring every comfort, including underfloor heating, electric exterior blinds, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that create an open, airy feel with ocean views. The extremely tasteful furnishings and high-quality amenities ensure a high standard of living in a wonderful atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen-diner with an adjoining dining and living area overlooking the XL terrace (covered) and the private garden stretching all the way to the Baltic Sea. A guest restroom, a built-in closet in the hallway for your vacation wardrobe, and a bedroom equipped with a box-spring bed (180x200) and a TV are also located on the first floor. On the lower level is the second bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sheltered terrace facing southwest, perfect for winding down the day with a glass of wine. The bedroom is also furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200), a TV, and a built-in closet. Right next door is the spacious luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free. A reserved outdoor parking space is located behind the house, and bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the bike shed.
