About this apartment rental
The cozy Strandmotte studio is in a prime location, less than 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and the promenade, and very close to the quaint Niendorf Harbor with its lively atmosphere and the most delicious fish sandwiches far and wide. Right in the neighborhood, you’ll find everything a vacationer could want—from restaurants and cafés to a newsstand and a coffee roastery, bike rentals and an adventure playground, boat tours, and a summer movie theater on the open beach. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available at the bakery around the corner, and the legendary Strandbude 8 is practically right outside the door.
Beachstyle Studio with a balcony facing the sea and a beautiful partial view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is equipped with a double bed (180x200), a large flat-screen TV, and a dining area for two people. The open, new built-in kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, range hood, and an oven. The bathroom features a bathtub combined with a rain shower. The apartment includes a designated parking space. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire complex.
For relaxation, the swimming pool—with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea—and the sauna, both located on the top floor of the building, are available free of charge during operating hours. Please note that the sauna is only open from Friday through Sunday and on holidays. The swimming pool is closed in November due to maintenance work.
The well-maintained residential complex features elevators, coin-operated washing machines and dryers for communal use, and a[nbsp] bicycle storage room. There is a playground for our younger guests.
