This newly built home at Dorfstraße 13 in Haffkrug is located in a quiet residential area, right next to the spa gardens. Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to the beach as well as shopping, cafes, restaurants, and bakeries, along with small
stores that invite you to browse. You can do your shopping without needing a car. Scharbeutz is within easy walking distance via the spa promenade or along the beach. Timmendorfer Strand and Travemünde
are a short ride away by bike or car.
Features
This very attractive vacation home has a living area of approximately 100 m², spread over two floors. The spacious entryway features a coat closet and a bathroom with natural light, and is separated from the living-dining area by a glass door. The kitchenette is generously laid out in a U-shape. Everything you need is here… dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and much more. The dining area seats 6 people. Adjacent to it is the cozy living room, featuring a sofa, table, recliner, a 55" smart TV, and a wood-burning stove for the colder months. From the living room, you have access to the south-facing terrace, complete with patio furniture and a parasol.
A convenient staircase leads you to the first floor. Here you’ll find three bedrooms as well as the second bathroom with natural light, equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). The third bedroom features a convertible bed; an additional sleeping surface can be pulled out from the bed’s storage compartment. All rooms can be darkened with electric roller shutters.
If you’d like to accommodate more than 4 people, this is possible for an additional charge of €20.00 per person per day.
