The duplex vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the former dyehouse of the worsted spinning mill and features a spacious and open layout (95 m²). The well-designed, spacious, and comfortably furnished loft-style vacation apartment can accommodate not only 4 but also 6 people with extra beds. Travel cribs and high chairs are available at any time upon advance request.
The Living Area
In the living area, the Italian sofas and armchairs invite you to relax. The large flat-screen TV with cable connection and a connected Blu-ray player provides a variety of entertainment options. The stereo system also allows you to enjoy your own music via Bluetooth. Of course, Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.
The kitchen-living area
The living area flows seamlessly into the “kitchen-living area.” The built-in kitchen is equipped with:

refrigerator and freezer,
dishwasher,
an oven,
a toaster,
a ceramic cooktop, and
a Nespresso coffee machine (basic equipment provided)

The bedrooms
Both very large bedrooms are each furnished with an extra-long (2.10 m) high-quality, comfortable box-spring bed. Both bedrooms also have a sliding-door closet and offer plenty of space for your personal belongings. One of the doors in each bedroom is fitted with a full-length mirror.
The bathroom
The walk-in shower features both a handheld showerhead and a “rain showerhead.” The sink is equipped with a well-lit, large mirror. It goes without saying that it is wheelchair-accessible. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. Hand towels and bath towels are provided for your use.
Outdoor Area, swimming dock, and barbecue area
This vacation rental includes a large sunbathing and play area on the banks of the Havel River with direct access to the property’s own swimming dock, which is equipped with a swimming ladder and has a freeboard height of 20 cm. This allows you to easily get in and out of your canoe or rowboat. Furthermore, the barbecue area is located right next to the oversized natural stone table (approx. 5 x 1.20 m).
A large, locked room on the first floor is available for storing your bicycles, canoes, or rowboats. This room also houses the communal washing machine, which can be used by appointment.
