The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the former dyehouse of the worsted spinning mill and stands out for its spacious and open floor plan (85 m²). It is fully accessible and therefore fully wheelchair-friendly. The well-designed, spacious, and comfortably furnished loft-style vacation apartment can accommodate not only 4 but also 6 people with the addition of extra beds. Travel cribs and high chairs are available at any time upon advance request.
The Living Area
In the living area, the Italian sofas and armchairs invite you to relax. The large flat-screen TV with cable connection and a built-in Blu-ray player provides a wide range of entertainment options. The stereo system also allows you to enjoy your own music via Bluetooth. Of course, Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.
The kitchen-living area
This living area flows seamlessly into the “kitchen-living area.” The built-in kitchen is equipped with:

refrigerator and freezer,
dishwasher,
an oven,
a toaster,
a ceramic cooktop, and
a Nespresso coffee machine (basic equipment provided)

The bedrooms
The two very large, adjacent bedrooms each feature an extra-long (2.10 m), comfortable box-spring bed.
The bathroom
The walk-in shower features both a handheld showerhead and a “rain showerhead.” The sink is equipped with a well-lit, large mirror. It goes without saying that it is wheelchair-accessible. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. Hand towels and bath towels are provided for your use.
Outdoor Area, Dock, and Grill Area
This vacation rental features a private terrace area surrounded by hedges. The rustic Bavarian-style beer garden tables and chairs invite you to enjoy cozy moments in the fresh Havel air.
This private area is complemented by the large sunbathing and play area on the banks of the Havel with direct access to the property’s own swimming and bathing dock, which is equipped with a bathing ladder and has a freeboard height of 20 cm. This allows you to easily get in and out of your canoe or rowboat. Furthermore, the barbecue area is located right next to the oversized natural stone table (approx. 5 x 1.20 m).
A large, locked room on the first floor is available for storing your bicycles, canoes, or rowboats. This room also houses the communal washing machine, which can be used by appointment.
