**Treasure Island will be modernizing their elevators beginning mid-August 2026, with the project expected to continue until approximately mid-March 2027. During this time, two elevators will be undergoing modernization at a time, while the remaining two elevators will remain available for guest use. Dates are subject to change. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This ninth-floor unit has expansive gulf views and an array of amenities. Treasure Island Resort offers guests a large, resort style gulf front swimming pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, poolside cafe, gas grills, & fitness center! This spacious condominium unit offers nearly 1,400 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating (including leather recliner!) with breathtaking views of the gulf, large flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony overlooking the beach. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, television, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. The second bedroom offers another King bed and its own television. The second full bathroom can be accessed directly from the second bedroom or from the hall, and offers a tub/shower combo. In addition, this unit offers a bunk area, perfect for traveling with children, and living room pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer inside the unit as well. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at T.I.x3. There wasn’t one granule of sand to be found. Which let’s be honest is hard for anyone who is trying to turnover the room to the next guest quickly. The room is beautifully decorated with heavy duty furniture. Just because of how it was cleaned was enough to make us return to this unit. Things about the condo that were so so: Like most condos it was lacking in quality of cooking pots and pans. No cutting board. Could use more comfortable mattress the guest bedroom mattress looked like a cheap camping mattress not a quality mattress. My 22yr old son usually sleeps on the sleeper sofa he said it was equivalent in comfort. The curtain for main living room was hard to open and close.

Enjoyed this stay. Location was perfect for us. Out of the crazy PCB traffic, but close to some really great Restaurants and activities.

The location of this property is excellent, and we especially loved that the pool is located directly on the beach. There were moments when we had to wait for the elevators, and the chairs at the pool seemed somewhat limited; however, we were always able to find a spot.Unfortunately, the condo itself was disappointing. Upon arrival, it did not feel clean. There was hair in the shower, and the entire unit had an overall dirty feeling.The master bedroom bed is warped on the left side, making it extremely uncomfortable 100% NEEDS A NEW BED! If you are sharing the bed with someone, you tend to roll into them throughout the night. The bed sheets also appeared to have been previously used, and the comforter did not even have a proper duvet cover.Very limited supplies were provided. There were no beach towels, toys, or other beach essentials that you would typically expect at this price point. In fact, we spoke with another couple staying at the property, and they mentioned that their condo was stocked with plenty of beach toys and other amenities, which made the lack of supplies in this unit even more noticeable.Overall, the condo just felt very cheap considering the cost, and it simply did not feel like a good value.
