Located in the Ponteil district, you'll be a 5-minute walk from the beaches of Juan-les-Pins and the ramparts of Antibes. The terrace, with its dual aspect, allows you to dine in the sun or relax on a sun lounger. A griddle is at your disposal. Inside, the 40 m² living room offers exceptional panoramic views with no overlooking neighbors in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The sleeping area comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms with bay windows and sea views. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), and the second has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. 160/190. Absolutely amazing apartment in a quite area yet very close to the beach. It’s spacious, very comfortable and well furnished apartment with a great view of the sea. The hosts were fantastic!
