It was cute
Bed was a little too small so I opted to sleep on the pull out couch

Good location
Lobby has free water and coffee provided by the hotel
Decent size with 753 ft² 2-queen-bed room
Toilet paper is thick
- The unit needs serious maintenance, and the design is dated
- No front desk; can only contact customer service through Booking.com chat
- Customer service misunderstood that housekeeping doesn't mean only leaving replenished items at the front door
- Asked for daily housekeeping but only came once
- Have to climb a few steps to get into a tiny elevator on the ground floor
- The front door has no deadbolt that can lock from the inside, which means anyone with the door code can get into the unit at any time
- Some of the wallpaper was peeled off. (fixed during stay)
- Two closet doors couldn't be opened. (fixed during stay)
- Two bedside lights were broken. (fixed during stay)
- The curtain separator of the bed is partially falling off. (fixed during stay)
- The shower head mount was loose. (fixed during stay)
- The shower glass door was dangling insecurely. (fixed during stay)
- One of the kitchen lights was out, and they didn't have a replacement during the stay
- The bathtub is so narrow and high, making it very difficult and dangerous to get in and out
- The shower door doesn't close all the way
- The bottom of the shower door is not covered, so the water keeps spilling out
- The hairdryer is small and weak
- The bathroom and toilet are separated by a clear glass door, which limits dual usage.
- Slow Internet

"Great location with easy access to public transport, shops, cafes, and tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. I loved the electronic lock, so we didn't have to carry a key ..."
