About this apartment rental
Bedding, towels, etc., are not included in the travel price. Additional bookable services: bedding, towels, high chairs for children. Pets: allowed if permitted (see description). Registration and payment of a flat fee are required. Tourist tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the high season. Payment terms: A 25 percent deposit is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Cozy ground-floor vacation apartment in the “Haus Wolkenlos” building in the Großenbrode Beach Park, with 52 m² of living space for up to 4 people. The sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 200 m away. The apartment features a large, fenced-in terrace facing northwest.
Spacious living and dining room with a corner sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV (satellite), a Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and a dining table with 4 chairs. Kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and satellite TV, one with two single beds that convert into pull-out beds (90 × 200 cm each).
Bathroom with shower and rain shower. Underfloor heating in living areas, kitchen, and bathroom.
Amenities: freestanding fireplace, washer with dryer function, terrace.High chair and travel crib (60 × 120 cm, without mattress or blanket) available.
