About this apartment rental
Bedding, towels, etc. are not included in the travel price. Additional services available for booking: bedding, towels, high chairs. Pets: allowed if permitted (see description). Registration and payment of a flat fee are required. Visitor’s tax: 1.80 euros during the off-season and 3.00 euros per day per adult during the high season. Payment terms: A deposit of 25 percent is due within 5 days; remaining balance 21 days before arrival. Payment options: Bank transfer; no credit cards or cash accepted; EC card accepted on-site only by prior arrangement. Beautiful 3-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor of Haus Sonnendeck in Strandpark Großenbrode with 57 m² of living space for up to 4 people. The sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 200 m away. The apartment features a balcony facing northwest.
Large living and dining room with a corner sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV (satellite), Blu-ray player, stereo system, and dining table with 4 chairs. Kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and satellite TV, one with two single beds that convert into pull-out beds (90 × 200 cm each).
Bathroom with shower, whirlpool tub, and sauna. Underfloor heating available.
Amenities: free Wi-Fi, freestanding fireplace, washing machine with dryer function, balcony.High chair and travel crib (60 × 120 cm, without mattress or blanket) provided.
Parking space in the underground garage (assigned space, maximum entry height 2.10 m). Bicycle parking spaces in front of the building (uncovered). Access via elevator or stairs.
Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed. Seasonal beach chair available from May through September (weather permitting). (Only available in 2026)
