Dreadful, should our findings and issues have been handled in a more respectful and professional manner. Our stance woul

A beautiful appointed apartment.

The filthy hot tub, but most of all the customer service from the management team has been nothing short of appalling, with total lack of understanding to the point of accusing myself and my partner of inaccuracy in our findings. No accountability whatsoever. Very disappointing customer service. Actually quite bizarre.

A lovely, well-located, quiet apartment. The spa tub is fantastic.

The local staff person was very responsive and helpful. The host was very responsive in ensuring that the heating was on and comfortable.

Ease of checking in

Only instant coffee available, the Nespresso pods were empty, asked the staff to help. No joy, very poor. Had to walk to 5 minutes to buy a coffee to bring back.
