A quiet, elevated location in the Burgham district with a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. The swimming area on Lake Chiemsee is about 500 m away. Good access to biking and hiking trails. Three of our vacation apartments are on the first floor and one is on the upper floor. All apartments feature a south-facing balcony. A lawn for relaxing and playing, a pavilion, a fire pit, and a grill are available for our guests.
The vacation apartment has a separate entrance. Children must be at least 12 years old. The newly renovated living area is comfortably furnished. It features a comfortable pull-out couch with a cold-foam mattress, a dining table with four chairs, a flat-screen LCD TV, a kitchenette, and a working wood-burning stove. The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette and direct access to the bathroom. A functional wood-burning stove rounds out the space. A cozy and brightly lit dining area creates a lovely atmosphere for breakfast. From here, you can step right out onto the terrace, which is furnished with a bench and table and offers a uniquely beautiful view of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. The bathroom, complete with a shower, offers a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The vacation rental has a terrace accessible from the living room.
