Skandi Streudorf welcomes you to a modern, renovated vacation home that combines contemporary comfort with thoughtful design across 34 m² of living space. The vacation home is located in a rural setting in the village of Streudorf, just 50 meters from the center, and—thanks to its ground-floor location and peaceful surroundings—offers the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay. Its proximity to a sandy beach 3,000 meters away and Lake Altmühl, which is just 400 meters away, opens up a wide range of recreational opportunities in and around the water.
The house is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers and features a bedroom with a total of three separate sleeping areas, including two specifically designed for children. The furnishings were chosen with family-friendliness and practicality in mind: The property is fenced and is both child-safe and dog-friendly; pets are expressly welcome. For your personal mobility, a free private parking space is available on the property; at 100 m², its size opens up additional possibilities for use—for example, for playing in the garden.
The property was last renovated in 2023 and is accordingly modern and well-maintained. The open-concept kitchen flows into the living room, creating a spacious feel, and is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker (Senseo), a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
