About this apartment rental

Arrive and feel right at home at our vacation farm in an idyllic, secluded location. The gently rolling hills of the Haßberge are ideal for biking, hiking, and horseback riding. Heated swimming pool, horses for riding (for beginners and experienced riders), fishing pond, wellness offerings, playground, soccer field, beach volleyball, table tennis, sauna, a playground for all ages, and plenty of animals to pet—the perfect vacation for everyone! 110 m²—our largest apartment—ideal for 8 people but with enough space for up to 10. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. 1 large living room, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, sofa bed for 2 additional guests, dining area for up to 10 people. 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed, sofa bed (150 cm), and a crib available; Bedroom 2: bunk bed, sofa bed (80 cm), and a crib available; Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, sofa bed (80 cm), and a crib; Bedroom 4: Double bed that can also be converted into a sofa bed. This room can also be used as a second living room (with an additional TV) or as a home office (with a small desk). 100% prepayment via bank transfer is required upon completion of the booking. You will receive an invoice with our bank details. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A baby crib is available free of charge. Additional guests may stay in an extra bed for 10 EUR per person per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 EUR per pet per night. Sauna access can be booked for a basic usage fee of 15 EUR plus 5 EUR per person.
