About this villa rental
We invite you to discover the magnificent coastline of our beautiful Var region.
You will be accommodated on the first floor of about 100m², in our family villa located in a quiet domain. You will find:
• 2 large bedrooms, and a small living room with sofa bed that can be used as 1 bedroom (large cupboards, fans, sheets provided)
• 1 large bathroom with bath and shower, double sinks (towels provided)
• 1 WC and a small space with washing machine and cleaning facilities
• 1 large fully equipped open-plan kitchen
• 1 large open living room with corner sofa, sofa bed, TV, coffee table
• 1 dining room with sofa
Outside:
• A large terrace (50m²) overlooking the swimming pool
• A 50m² relaxation area with a fenced salt water swimming pool, ping-pong table, garden furniture with parasol and deckchairs
• A large garden with a petanque court and garden table
• 2 to 3 spaces to park in the courtyard in complete peace of mind
The house is located about 800m from the beach and shops (3 min by car, 10-15 min walk) and 2 km from the town center.
We will warmly welcome you for your stay.
Cavalaire and its surroundings will suit all tastes with its various activities:
• with its large, varied, lively or quieter sandy beaches
• with many water activities (sailing, water skiing, water aerobics...)
• a festive and cultural atmosphere (free concerts, fireworks, etc.)
