About this house rental
The Lucia vacation home, located at Waldstraße 13 in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst, offers you a comfortable retreat for relaxing days by the Baltic Sea. This detached house, with a spacious living area of 108 m², was specifically designed for families and guests with high standards who value privacy and a fully equipped home. The fenced-in property, with private parking for two vehicles, ensures safety and convenience right from the moment you arrive.
Inside, five rooms—including four full-sized bedrooms—offer ample space for up to seven guests. Thanks to their individual layouts, the bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep, while another room can be used flexibly—for example, as a home office or lounge area. Ideal for families with children: The vacation home features a crib and a high chair, so even the youngest guests are well taken care of. Babies are also welcome.
The two modern bathrooms—one with a bathtub, the other with a shower—are convenient for larger groups and offer additional comfort. A makeup mirror and a hair dryer make getting ready in the morning a breeze. The property is a smoke-free home and is equipped with window screens and smoke detectors.
The centerpiece is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and blender leave nothing to be desired when it comes to preparing meals. All guests can dine together at the dining table; There is an ample supply of dishes and silverware, and a dishwasher and cleaning supplies are available for washing up.
For comfort on cooler days, there is a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere. The adjoining living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a modern TV—perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. If you need to work or are looking for some peace and quiet, the desk provides a suitable spot.
The private sauna promises moments of relaxation, where you can unwind after your activities. The spacious terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors. Whether it’s breakfast together or a cozy way to end the day—the enclosed property offers privacy and security, ideal for families with children.
Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes rack, and a washing machine for your exclusive use. A safe is available for your valuables.
