Excellent location close to two Lisbon metro stations and an easy walk to key attractions and services. Surprisingly modern decor, and very helpful staff.
The two wings of the hotel can be easily confused, so take a good mind map of where your room is.

Hotel jest zlokalizowany w świetnym miejscu. Zostaliśmy tak miło przywitani na recepcji lampką porto i pastel de nata ale przede wszystkim uśmiechem na recepcji. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Pokój naprawdę bardzo ładny, czysty, świeży. Polecamy bardzo na city break w Lizbonie!

Sehr gute Lage, man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber .
Das Frühstück für uns vollkommen ausreichend und gut.
Unser Zimmer war extrem klein , dazu noch Dachschrägen . Bis auf ein Gestell mit Bügeln , gab es keine Möglichkeiten seine Sachen zu platzieren. Für zwei Personen mit Gepäck sehr schwierig.
Das Fenster ging zum Hof, wo riesige Belüftungsrohre 24/7 laute Geräusche von sich gaben. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage , die aber auch sehr laut war, so dass man diese nachts ausschalten musste. Man hatte also nicht wirklich Ruhe in der Nacht.
Eine Notfallsituation ( Küche) löste eines nachts Feueralarm aus , es roch extrem nach Rauch , es war aber zum Glück kein Brand . Zahlreiche Gäste fanden sich wie wir auf der Straße ein. Man hatte Angst , wir wussten ja nicht , was wirklich los war. Auch wenn sich die Situation letztendlich als nicht lebensbedrohlich erwies, hätte ich es gut gefunden, wenn der Diensthabende an der Rezeption beruhigend und erklärend auf die Gäste zugegangen wäre. Er wirkte vollkommen unbeteiligt und blieb hinter seinem Tresen sitzen.
Das Hotel entschuldigte sich für die nächtliche Störung am nächsten Tag mit einem Kuchen. Das war eine nette Geste.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the location was great. Would definitely stay there again.
