Lovely apartment, only 10 mins walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica. We also loved that there was a bus station where very frequently buses took us to the city center.
The apartment was also very comfortable and really new. In the surrounding we could also find several good restaurants as well.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit slow.

The location of the property was convient for public transport and for tourist attractions. It felt like a safe neighbourhood and was clean in the surrounding areas. The building was clean and resonably modern. The kitchen had most of the utensils needed to cook/prepare food when you didn't want to eat out. There were many places to eat in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each room had its own airconditioning.
The water pressure in the shower was quite low at times and the hot water did not last long. The beds were very hard and there was no blankets on the bed or in the cupboard as an option. Occasionally people using the lift did not close the internal doors and therefore the lift didn't work and we had no other option than to walk up to the fifth floor. The washing up/cleaning fluid in the kitchen was tiny and not adequate for our length of stay.

Direi ben arredato,tre televisori,a due passi dal Vaticano e dalla stazione ferroviaria,palazzo molto curato anche esternamente
L' ascensore che spesso dimenticavano di chiudere le porte interne e quindi si bloccava.
Essendo al 6 piano era una faticaccia
