The room design was ideal for 2 friends with the mezzanine and the amenities were perfect. I really liked the water system and everything was comfortable. Also great space for clothes.
The late check in fee seemed a bit unfair as that cost should probably be absorbed by the business. Other than that it was pretty perfect.

Mooi gerenoveerd pand en kamers, met ook voor historische details. Heerlijke bedden en goede douche. We kwamen vroeg aan maar konden al in de kamers en konden ook onze koffers laten staan op laatste dag. Super!
Via app ook snel en prettig contact.

Very friendly owner, everything is still new, and with a room on the inner court I have not one time heard the busy street in front of the location (with the door closed of course).
No bad things. There were just some things that could be better, which they are indeed going to improve because it is all new, to make it all work even better. They are still a bit in trial and error phase, so by the time you are reading this it will be even better than when I was here.

This is self-check-in in a relatively safe neighborhood near the Botanical Garden and walking distance to Museo Archeological. Fantastic Seafood Restaurant right across the street. The owner Allesandro was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet with the AC. Room was small but efficient and newly renovated. Coffee machine in rooms. Filtered water in taps in reception.
No breakfast until the breakfast room is ready in a couple of months. Be prepared to carry your luggage up one flight. Otherwise everything is fine.
