About this apartment rental
Newly renovated studio apartment located in downtown Caen. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find Rue Saint-Pierre and Rue Neuve Saint-Jean, perfect for shopping.
Perfect for exploring Caen alone or as a couple!
You’ll find the tram (T1, T2, and T3) right at the bottom of the building. The studio faces the courtyard, so you won’t hear any street noise.
The studio is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It features a double bed (140/200 cm), a kitchen (with a glass-ceramic cooktop, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and a refrigerator), Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Sheets are provided, as well as one bath towel per person.
The clean and well-renovated apartment is located in a residence whose common areas are in dire need of complete renovation and updating. Don’t be surprised by their dilapidated condition when you walk through them.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from downtown. Right downstairs from the apartment, you’ll find local shops such as a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and grocery stores.
The tram stop is right outside the apartment, but you won’t be bothered by the noise since the studio faces the courtyard. You can also get around on foot, by bike, or by bus.
Street parking is metered during the day.
