Leave the everyday behind at Brefnie Stables by Project Maison. Set in the Nottinghamshire village of Orston, this thoughtfully converted barn combines contemporary interiors, generous living spaces and countryside calm.

Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests: Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an en suite; Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an en suite; Bedrooms 3–5 each have a double bed. There are three private bathrooms in total, including the two en suites and a family bathroom. Enjoy the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, plus a separate living room beneath exposed beams. Underfloor heating adds comfort throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware, wine glasses and baking trays. Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, a washing machine and tumble dryer make short breaks and longer stays convenient. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Further amenities include a hairdryer, cable/satellite TV, a radio and hypoallergenic facilities. A free cot for children aged 0–3 is available on request, subject to availability; no extra beds are provided.

Outside, unwind in the private, fully fenced garden. Free private parking includes a covered double-bay parking pavilion. Guests have private use of the house and garden, with key-safe self check-in. Pets stay free, and longer stays are welcome.
Maximum 10 guests. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00. Pets stay free. Check-in is 15:00–23:00; check-out is by 11:00.
