ACCOMMODATION:
Il Rifugio Porta Pia is designed for 4 guests and features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate two couples or a family, a full bathroom, and a second half-bath (without a shower). In addition, for the exclusive use of the guests, there is a splendid, spacious, south-facing terrace of approximately 50 square meters, fully equipped, with direct access from the apartment and the option to use it as a PRIVATE SOLARIUM, thanks to two very comfortable sun loungers. Here you’ll find an oasis of peace and serenity hidden amid the hustle and bustle of a European capital!

For guests with infants (ages 0 to 2–3 years), we also provide a crib and a wooden high chair with a small table. Just let us know at least a couple of days in advance, and we’ll have them ready for you.

Access to the building and the apartment is via codes only, so there’s no need for a set of keys. We’ve designed this system to ensure maximum relaxation and independence for all guests during their stay.

You’re welcome to use the terrace and the apartment; in the rest of the building, please be considerate of other residents by avoiding leaving items behind or making noise.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
If possible, we’d be happy to welcome you in person and say goodbye when you leave, otherwise, we’re available to help you with any issues via Airbnb or popular messaging apps

If we’re unable to welcome you in person—for example, if you arrive after 11:00 PM— you can still easily check in on your own using the self-check-in system.

Please note that, regardless of your arrival time, you must complete the registration form with your documents before check-in to receive the access codes. The form will be sent via text message a few days before check-in.
