Clean, staff very friendly and helpful, predictable frequent airport shuttle, bed was comfortable.
I thought it was pretty expensive, but it is in line with other hotels around the Vancouver airport

The room size was fine and the shuttle arrived on time
The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. If I was staying more than one night I would have asked to be moved as I barely slept after a 14 hour flight
