The faculty and location are beautiful. The actual. Building is a fine example of Canadian log cabin building. Lots of activities.
The disappointment was the room, the bathroom sink was cracked, one one bath robe in room we requested a second multiple times before getting one, shower gel container was empty. The parking lot was a mess potholes, broken pavement. If you walked there at night very hazardous. All things that should never happen at a five star facility.

The log cabin aspect of the place is wonderful and the grounds and gardens are well kept. The food for dinner and for the breakfast buffet is very good.
The carpet in our room needed cleaning, the elevators looked worn and some of the logs outside needed another coat of paint/stain.

The hotel has many activities to offer. We did kayaking, played tennis, used the bikes and the swimming pools. We enjoyed the view the location everything.we had dinner at the restaurant Aux Chantignoles.
The hotel does not allow to have dinner in the big dining room of Aux Chantignoles for tibia only for big groups and events. We were celebrating our 20th year anniversary and it would have been nice to have dinner there where the tables are either white table cloths and the atmosphere is more romantic and elegant

Needs refurbishing, the lobby is impressive but the rest of the hotel, the rooms need to be renovated.
Smells old, AC is loud, didn’t have a health service
