There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel
We checked in at 11pm. after our booked hotel was cancelled due to the Ice storm whilst we were flying to Canada .The check in staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was exceptional every day and a very generous size helping .The restaurant staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant 1 evening of 3 and enjoyed the Festa tasting menu and some cocktails which were exceptional .The bedroom is very comfortable and includes toiletries ,iron, mini bar, coffee machine and a safe. The Victoria Square metro station is opposite the hotel and vieux montreal is 5 minutes walk .
There is nothing not to like !

everytime I stay at a w I am always pleased. this particular stay we had a very big room which was super nice after a long drive: the cocktails were fantastic at the lobby bar and the staff was super friendly.
there wasn’t much of a vibe in the lounge area, it was a Tuesday however.

We choose this hotel for its good location, close to Vieux Port de Montreal and old city. It also offered parking nearby, $20/night if you self park or $40 for valet park
The room was very small and inconvenient, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep, but the most bizarre thing was the glass wall between the shower / toilette and the room. There was a curtain, but it was in the room, not in the shower, so the person in the room could watch whatever was happening in the shower and on the toilet. This felt like a sex hotel, but it was much too expensive for it.

worst service and dirty restaurant and bathroom. front desk very loud between each other while trying to relax at the lounge. extremely slow service at the bar on Sunday afternoon with full staff on floor. dirty utensils and hair on napkins. waited drop all our dirty utensils on us without excusing himself.

I was here 10 years ago and they’ve continued to make updates to the rooms and common areas.
Only issue was parking — the valet was not out front, so we parked in the garage adjacent to the hotel.

Location, new reno
The comfort is too thick all night can't sleep.
The parking is not convenient to find.
I got the bill is $778.25 from hotel, but I found they charge my Visa credit card as $817.50, why over charged???

This was a spectacular hotel and stay. The first was I was upgraded at no extra charge to a fabulous suite. The quality of the hotel was fantastic, but what made the stay were the small extra things the hotel has done to improve the stay making it impossible to beat:
- there was a moet vending machine
- nespresso coffee machine in the room with pods topped up everyday
- the window in my room overlooked a bland wall - that was decorated/painted.
No issues here at all. This was a perfect stay.

Neighbouring room, connected by a door, had a cat, it wouldn't stop meowing, we asked to be moved to a new room, and staff moved us immediately and upgraded our room. Rooms are soundproof, beds are super comfortable, housekeeping is awesome, Tbsp restaurant is delicious. Location is great.
Not many channels on TV and Netflix not available to watch.

Loved it!

the designs are great
it clearly didn’t value the price. also no room service past 10h30 so no night snacks or even a soft drink. Nothing luxurious in the room. it is all about design but I’ve pay cheaper price for luxurious rooms better than that. Staff made me feel like I am in a cheap hotel. Problem with the heat and they weren’t even surprised. I will not go back to this hotel.
