Reasonable price for the area, good location
Cigarette burns in duvet (non smoking hotel), bathtub/shower needs a grab bar. Hotel in general needs a refresh, pretty run down.

Breakfast was good. Quite. Location was good. Tv programs were easy to find. Adequate showers. Nice grounds.
Was confusing after dark where the checking in office was.

Breakfast was scant and private. Decaffeinated coffee doesn't cut it in the morning.
Breakfast.
