Owners were flexible and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. We could walk to downtown in a short distance. There were coffee set up and amenities in the bathroom too. Check in and check out was a nice experience. I will be back next time I am in Nanaimo.
reception was not attended 24/7 but communication was perfectly fine and prior arrangements works.
